We are a community for young adults (18-35) practicing mindfulness in Lund. We gather every week to practice mindfulness together, to meditate, and to meet other like minded people; in an effort to connect more to ourselves and to others. Something we feel is giving us a greater quality of life, and might do so for you as well. You are most welcome to join one of our gatherings when you feel that you want to explore mindfulness or meditation.


You do not need to have any understanding nor any experience with neither mindfulness or meditation to join, just a curiosity for meditation, mindfulness, consciousness or for improving your life. You are welcome to join us and to practice mindfulness and meditation in Lund.


Our practice of mindfulness and meditation is inspired by the teachings of the Zen-master, poet, and peace activist Tisch Nhat Hanh. However, mindfulness in it self is not a only Buddhist thing, it is a practice that the scientific world has embraces (due to there being a treasure trove of evidence to the positive effects of practicing mindfulness). So, any young adult who wants to try out mindfulness is welcome to our events in Lund (there is no need to believe in Buddhism to join).

Living in this modern world can at times feel hectic, stressful or some other type of less pleasant emotion. There are ways for you to create other types of experiences in your life, ones filled with more pleasant emotions. One such path is through mindfulness meditation, which we provide for you. If you are interested, you are welcome to try out one of our free meditations here in Lund


Every Wednesday, we offer an evening of mindfulness where you have an opportunity to rest and practice mindfulness. Through the exploration of mindfulness you'll have an opportunity to pause, in order to feel into and take care of yourself as well as other people and the planet. Not only will your consciousness evolve through meditation, how you meet and how you view what happens in life, which can transform your life. So, if you want to try out meditation in Lund you are welcome.

With mindfulness, you can establish yourself in the present in order to touch the wonders of life that are available in that moment. Many people are alive but don't touch the miracle of being alive.

Accessible for you

Our meetups are accessible for anyone aged 18-35, whether you are brand new to meditation or have practiced for a long time. Through mindfulness training anyone, no matter how experienced or inexperienced, can become more happy, more at peace and more conscious. And you don't even have to visit a mountain top to do so. Find a mindful event that you want to attend here


We are a diverse community with practitioners from many different backgrounds, inclusive of all gender identities, of different sexual orientations, of different faiths, and of different ways of life. Something that is important to also be mindful of for anyone who attends one of our gatherings.
