In order for one to develop your own mindfulness, your presence, your consciousness it is helpful to have some support. The five mindfulness trainings

The Five Mindfulness Trainings represent the Buddhist vision for a global spirituality and ethic. You can view them as a set of guidance that help you notice things in your everyday life and to strengthen your ability to act mindfully. Their purpose is to help us nurture freedom, understanding and compassion within ourselves, not to give us a bad conscience. See if you can bring the five mindfulness trainings into your life in order to develop yourself into a more conscientious being.


Plum village have a strong tradition of singing songs as a form of mindfulness mediation. We here in Lund also like to sing (with varying levels of competence), it is also an opportunity to notice what arises within oneself. Below is a song book that contains different lyrics.
