Every week we offer a meditation gathering here in Lund. This is what we call a Sangha ("community"), where we gather to practice mindfulness. The event will be led by Olle (one of our more experienced members), who will guide what is done during the mindfulness meditations and the other practices. The event is free.

In order to deepen the practice for our community, and for the community to continue to grow internally, some of our gatherings will be focused more towards those who have previously attended. In order to facilitate a deepened practice and allow us all to grow our friendship deeply.
At times we offer a meditation gathering not in Lund, but in Malmö. This is what we call a Sangha ("community"), where we gather to practice mindfulness. The event will be led by Arlind (one of our more experienced members), who will guide what is done during the mindfulness meditations and the other practices. The event is free.
When summer approaches and the nice weather greets us, it becomes time to journey to the beach and have our meditation there. We gather to practice mindfulness in an outdoor setting. The event will be led by Arlind (one of our more experienced members), as well as other members of our sister sanghas, who will guide what is done during the sangha. The event is free.
Welcome to a mindfulness and meditation retreat led by monastic students of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh founder of the Plum Village tradition on the 16-19 of May.
Learn how to cultivate zen, presence, resilience, and joy in your daily life as a way of finding more freedom and stability to navigate challenging experiences.
Our sangha ("community") was visited by 5 monks and 4 nuns from Plum village. We together with these monastics organized a retreat focused on delving more deeply into mindfulness.
